Introduction

Our Smart Building Management Systems of Energy, Fire, HVAC and Water are wireless and cloud-based systems. Smart Building Solutions enable us to monitor, manage, analyze and control multi-location facilities.
The innovative idea behind this project is none other than our Managing Director, Mr.KP Dominic. With 34 years of experience in the fire industry and one of the founders of Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI), Founder-Director-Chairman of Marketing & Events of Forum of Critical Utility Services (FOCUS). He has also previously served as the country head of leading companies like Honeywell and Mircom.

It was his dream to make all critical equipment which gets into a building become more Smarter and Secure for the betterment of saving lives and property. Hence marked the beginning of SMARTER SPIDER into the market. Smarter Spider is part of Blue & Gray Innovation and is powered by Protech.
